Morning weight = 173.5
Today’s Meals:
- 10:10am (Meal 2) – Mid morning snack. Microwave goodness!
- 3:43pm (Meal 4) – Mid afternoon snack. Ghetto caramel apple.
- 7:25pm (Meal 5) – P.F. Chang’s “to go” tasted just as good as “for here.” An added bonus to have a Vitacoco drink.
Today’s Activities:
- 5 mile run. First run after Saturday’s 17+ mile run. 7:59 minute/mile pace and finished with my fastest mile at 7:47 minute/mile. Burned 657 calories.
